Membership to the Association of Minnesota Chinese Physicians (AMCP) entitles you to all of AMCP's benefits, which are made for Western and Chinese professionals who share our vision of community service and collaboration.
Membership benefits:
Active AMCP members can attend all AMCP events for free.

Your AMCP membership also applies to our national organization, Alliance of North American Chinese Physicians (ANACP).

To maintain an active membership, dues must be paid on-time. Maintaining activity for more than two years entitles a member to vote and run for elected positions.
Becoming a member:
To become a member of AMCP, first create an account here. Next, complete the Membership Application, which will ask a series of basic questions about your medical/professional identity.
Membership dues:
Membership types are priced differently and depend on your medical license/role. Use the pathway below to identify which membership type you belong to:
If you are a:
Physician who is licensed in any state (active, former, or retired)
-> you are eligible for Regular Membership at $50/year.

If you are a:
Physician who is unlicensed...
1. US, Canada, or ECFMG medical school graduate
2. In an active residency/fellowship program
2. Licensed TCMD
3. Licensed China-based physician
-> you are eligible for Associate Membership at $25/year.

If you are a medical school student, -> you are eligible for Student Membership at $5/year.
​
Lifetime memberships: Dues are permanently waived for Regular Members or Associate Members who make one-time payments of $500 or $250 (respectively).
Honorary memberships: certain members who have significantly contributed to AMCP may become honorary members upon approval by the Board of Directors.

Payment dates for dues are based on when a member was accepted to AMCP. Dues must be paid within 1 month of application acceptance. For online (website) payments, payments automatically renew at the day of first payment. For offline (in-person) payments, payments are due before March 1st of each calendar year.
